Exceptional service - The person at their office solved one of our fireplace issues just over the phone when making the appointment, and the technician was superbly professional. They answered all of our questions and have certainly gained us as a future client.

Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!
