My A/C stopped working during a heatwave and Ezra made time in his schedule to come by and fix the unit. I have used First Klass a couple more times for odd jobs and everyone I've dealt with was amazing. Thank you, thank you thank you Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe.
