the best ever!! My furnace was dying a slow painful death during the -25 cold snap ...Shawn, was respectful and courteous explaining the situation to me regarding the problems with my furnace...the next day after my initial service call, he installed a new furnace for me... at an amazing price!!

Oh Oh - came home to a house with no air. Called Hughes Plumbing about 4:45, they said they would see when they could get here but would try right away. Fifteen minutes later, two very nice young lads showed up and the air was back on by 5:30 P.M. I wish I had better adjectives to express my gratitude to the team at Hughes, but WOW

Last week I had the pleasure of having Comfort zone installing our new air conditioner.
These guys were hard working, willing and went the extra mile to move the A/C to a more convenient location. They were professional, pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone else.

Our fireplace stopped working this winter and we had no idea what was up. Even though Gastech Solutions didn't put in this fireplace we called them to see if they could help us out since we were so happy with our furnace & air conditioning. They had someone out the next day - It just need a little cleaning in the lines - good as new. Highly recommend these guys to everyone.

I have never worked for a better company in my life! the GM's (Glen & Rob) are World class and great employees to work with and the Lead hand Conrad is great to work with as well. Felt like a family. I left after a collogue suggested I do due to electrical problems at the time which made me feel unsafe but I heard all the issues have been since resolved. These guys are just awesome! I had called around to other companies before contacting Middlesex Mechanical and was met with nonchalance and 'I'll get to you when I get to you attitude'- IF I got a response at all. As soon as I called Middlesex Mechanical- Chris came out the next day to check out my back yard to run a gas line. He contacted me immediately with a plan and an amazing quote and two days later he was installing my gas line. I would give 10 stars if I could:)

I called on a Saturday morning. My furnace had stopped working in the middle of the night.
The service rep arrived in less than an hour, checked the furnace over and had it running right away. Great service, reasonable price, courteous and friendly service rep.
