I purchased a demo from the shop and the bike mechanics did an excellent job adjusting the geometry. I’m pretty finicky and came back to ask for a different handlebar width and they switched it out without charging me. Good mechanics and great service.

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. The absolute best bike shop in the GTA. I wont shop anywhere else for bikes or bike-related merchandise. The owner and all staff are helpful and friendly and give customers (even those new to cycling) encouragement and confidence. The service is superb, completed in a timely fashion, and affordable. You seriously can’t go wrong paying a visit to Bicycles Plus. The staff are all polite and beyond friendly, and they treat everyone the same. I’ve only ever dealt with the parts/service side, never bought a bike from them, but both “camps” know their stuff very, very well. The one mechanic, I think his name is Nigel, he can diagnose a bike from 40’ away blindfolded. Great prices too, bought brake pads recently, they were half the price per set (front/back) compared to Canadian Tire.

I am a leisure cyclist, have a pretty decent bike (Cervelo 3T) and I will not trust my bike to anyone but Louis.
If you check out his shop, DO NOT expect to walk into a carpeted store with a internet-wired lounge with free organic coffee, and gluten-free muffins for you to wait while a 16 year old kid plays with your bike; none of this here!
You will deal with a true expert, greasy-hand and no non-sense guy. His fees are below average an his service and knowledge, way above the rest...!

I highly recommend Sweet Pete's. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to detail. I recently rented a bike from Sweet Pete's so I could join the local group rides. The staff set me up with a sweet ride that was just the right size for me, and included a saddle bag and flat kit. I noticed that Sweet Pete's has a high tech Retul lab, which is perfect for any cyclist looking to dial in their positioning.
