This is the best service I have ever received and I am in my sixties. Having visited your store twice in the last week I was amazed by the caliber of service we received. Stellar. Please commend your staff. Your employee trainer needs to take a job teaching all employees of all Canadian Tire store how to treat customers. These folks have been in business for a long time and with good reason. They have excellent sales staff who are not pushy but very knowledgeable. We ordered a chair custom made in Toronto (Yay: Canadian made) and have been told that when it is ready, if we don't like it, we don't have to pay for it. They deliver for free. You don't get this kind of service any more so we are delighted and will definitely use this store again.

I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend.
