I recently purchased Resound One hearing aids. Mercedes was the specialist I dealt with and she was excellent. I had many questions and concerns and Mercedes patiently took the time to explain things to me. She also made sure my new hearing aids fit properly. I wear my hair very short so I was pleased they were small, discreet & matched my hair colour. They have already made a wonderful difference in my hearing and my life. Thank you Mercedes!!!

Went for hearing test and had every detail of the process explained carefully. Cathy provided me with a wealth of information to help me determine how to proceed after viewing the results. Opted for hearing aides and Cathy took a great deal of time to explain all of the possible options. Laura, the receptionist, was a treat to work with setting up follow up appointments. The new hearing aids were throughly explained to me and Cathy made sure all of my questions were answered before I left.

This is the 3rd pair of hearing aids I have had over the last 12 years and the best yet!. Mike is very knowledgeable about products and takes the time to assess individual patient needs to ensure that you have hearing aids that work for you! he is not only more affordable than some larger companies but he proves excellent one on one service! He is honest and trustworthy. The Cellion hearing aids I got three weeks ago are the latest technology and are such high quality. I am thrilled with them!

This place is great. The staff are helpful and happy, I couldn't ask for better service really. Got my ears checked which was pretty cool with the sound proof tank. Custom ear plugs were cost effective. Which have been one of the best investments I've ever made. Highly recommend this clinic!
