Kyla has been the most amazing realtor to work with! So lucky to have found her to help me through the process of buying a new home. She is so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole experience stress free and fun! I can honestly say Kyla goes well above and beyond and truly has her client’s best interest at heart. Kyla Miranda was an exceptional realtor from start to finish of our search for a house. She found us the perfect house and saved us so much time liaising with the lawyer, home inspector, contractors, etc. and going back and forth to the house when couldnt get away from work. And she thought of things we never would have. I am sure she saved us money in the negotiations and she really made the process so enjoyable and reassuring and went above and beyond. I highly recommend her.
I contacted Kyla for a real estate tour, and she went above and beyond my expectations. In the time leading up to my visit, she gave me an opportunity to look at what was available and really tried to get know my preferences so the tour would be tailored to what I was interested in. She was also a great source of knowledge about the city, which was especially useful for me as someone from out of province. Kyla is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and warm and I cant recommend her enough!
