ive been bring my dog her for 4+ years within the last year something has changes. first my dog came home extremely sick with infections, following with cuts everywhere while also having him 6+ hours when he went in. the workers all changed and prices spiked. would NOT recommend to anyone unless asking for you dog to be hurt:(

hello there! I was dismayed to hear of your experience at our shop recently! I went through our records to see if we could find you and review the incident but we have no record of you contacting us. Excellent Service!!! I have been bringing my dogs here for twenty years. Presently I have three dogs and have them groomed every month. They have always been groomed beautifully and I have never had a negative experience. Excellent service and excellent staff! I would highly recommend Dogs Divine to anyone looking for a professional groomer with many years experience.

I've worked for Wayne at dogs Devine for about two years now and I can honestly say out of my six years of grooming and caring for people's fur babies these have been the best two years! All of the staff here genuinely care about animals and treat your pets as there own, I wouldn't beable to work somewhere that didn't as my furkids and yours are everything to me! It is such a great environment to work in, just like a second family! Your babies will always be well cared for in our capable hands!

Staff were not frendly, and a choppy job was done to my pup, going to have to clean her up myself after paying 60.

Hi Janelle, my name is Wayne Ghaney and I'm the owner of DOGS DIVINE GROOMING AND SUPPLIES. I just recently became aware of the REVIEW section of the Yellow Pages and was dismayed to find you had posted a negative review. My staff and I pride ourselves on always providing top notch service to our clients, many of whom have been regulars for several years. I went through my files to see if I could find the exact day you were in but didn't have enough info to your pups file.(no last name or pet's name ). I would like to offer you my sincerest apology for your disappointment in the service you received on that particular day. As I don't have enough info about your particular experience I can't offer an explanation that might be helpful but I will say that customer service is paramount at my shop. This matter has been reviewed with the entire staff and we are using your comments as a reminder of our quality standards going forward. Having been in the grooming industry for over 30 years, I understand the frustration that a pet owner feels when the grooming isn't up to scratch and I would certainly like an opportunity to put things right for you.
