    I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned and was told it would take 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks later I had still not heard anything so I called her. I was told she was waiting on the box to arrive. She would call me by Friday. Still no call on Friday so I stopped by the drycleaners on Saturday. Still waiting on the box she ordered. I decided to pick up my dress on Wednesday and take it elsewhere for preserving and boxing. At this time she told me that she had not ordered the box yet. And no discount...
