Terrible customer...

Terrible customer service, told me my flooring was special order wouldn't return it, rude and degrading! Do not deal with this store just shop elsewhere, many other stores sell exactly the same products at equal or better prices!

Hello Stewart, Please call Floorit and ask for me. I am not sure what the problem was and would like to clear it up. If it was a special order you would been notified when purchasing the product it was not returnable or a restocking fee would be applied. Again please call we can clear things up for you.
