The food and service were mediocre at best, but the reason I am giving 1 star is for cleanliness and safety: my friend found a bloody napkin at our table which hadnt been cleared properly, and actually wiped his mouth with it. When we brought it to the managers attention, all they could focus on was his reaction, and they acted defensively like what do you want from us, there is nothing we can do about it - so at a minimum, they could have been profusely apologetic and shown concern. But nope!
