TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I wish I can give 0 star. New managers are very rude. One was speaking to another customer in farsi and speaking horribly about someone in line right in front of them, and complaining about all her coworkers. She didn't know I can understand. The other young girl who claims to be the other manager was very rude and cold. Some tellers r good. Very long wait. Very disrespectful staff so disappointed. I would be closing my account I am not comfortable around mangers who speak this way

Cette succursale n'offre pas toujours un service en français. Par exemple, aujourd’hui, les TROIS machines libre-service ne fonctionnaient pas. Les affiches, qui mentionnaient que les trois guiches libre-service ne fonctionnaient pas, étaient écrits SEULEMENT en anglais. Dans cette succursale, d'habite, le service en français est souvent omis par les employeurs.Les annonces, les affiches sont souvent seulement en anglais et pour avoir une service en français il faut le spécifier(insister).
