3330 Ridgewood is the dirtiest and the most disgusting building in this neighbourhood! It is unbelievable how they run this building so poorly. The management is terrible, actually there's no one who can be responsible for any problem here. There's only one janitor who is rude, and thinks he can do everything by himself; if he accepts to do anything at all. The hallways are DISGUSTING; it seems they have not been cleaned in ages. There's layers of dust and hair and dog poop everywhere. Terrible.

Promised upgrades, repairs & installations were still not made in the kitchen & bathroom of the apartment I rented, were incomplete & poorly done. Moreover, the interior of the cupboards were disgustingly dirty. the mover has been selected & friends have set aside the day to help. It is impossible to get in touch with the owner & the janitor was rude, made negative personal remarks about me, refused to complete the promised work satisfactorily & hung up the phone. BEWARE OF THIS RENTAL BUILDING!
