Waiting for my reimbursement for more then 3 months, and no resolution even if I have a voucher stipulated the amount I should received. Everytime I call they keep telling me you will received in the next 6 to 8 weeks.
Very bad customer service. Club Med is the worst of worst travel agency I had to deal with. So much time waiting in line and they refuse to help us with an issue they actually generated themself.
I booked a stay with Club Med 2 years ago and restaurant burn down. offered a credit. Following year, I paid a deposit of $343 to making another booking as with no single supplement as usual. Hurricane damaged resort & was offered another credit. Third year, I went to rebook and rates had increased by $300 and a new single supplement of $1,000 was applicable when tried to use my $900 credit. Contacted supervisor who informed me that Manangement had no desire to offer any was solution.
