I find it odd that the two other reviews had bed experiences with this place. When my dog got very sick and needed surgery, they were incredibly caring, informative and nice people. I even went for some info because my dog had a red eye and they helped me for free. I really recommend this place.
I went to this vet twice in two days because my dog was puking, not eating, and not drinking. Both times told me it was the flu. Ended up going to the emergency clinic and had an emergency surgery because my dog swallowed a hairball. The surgery cost me $4000 because it had to be done at 2am (3x what it had been if diagnosed and treated when I initially took the dog in). This vet refused to compensate the two useless visits.
Dreadful, rushed experience of vet who advised that our cat had deadly virus or AIDS, but did not see do a thorough enough investigation so let cat go home with high fever, with no treatment, only to be seen that night by another Vet who found a painful and bleeding abscess on his leg. Poor bedside manner and a lack of apropraite diagnostic, let alone treatment skills. To be avoided.
