    Called there for support 9/13/2017 I spoke to a women in English she spoke back to me in English. She then gave me a case file a Transferred immediately to tech support. All done in under 10 minutes, In English. Great service thank you.

    Refuse to speak E...

    Refuse to speak English. Claiming in this "Country" we speak French, although we found out later that he speaks a perfect English. Will never set foot in this establishment again. Jurgen Buchner

    Bye-bye Apple Care!! This is prompt, contactless, 24 hour service with pickup and delivery, worth every penny! I needed help recovering data on my 2019 Mac mini in a pinch and Konesh was my man. It was still under Apple care but that would have taken weeks and put me at risk, this being the day before Christmas. This is the second time that I’m blown away by the ease and rapidity of this personalized Apple care. In a pandemic world, we are lucky to have his service. Konesh also answers phone! Lire plus
