Out of 3 parcels mailed 2 were returned to my house one week later… Returned to the post office to see why they were returned, the unhelpful lady did not understand why and would not refund my shipping cost. She told me I need to file a claim with Canada Post in order to receive my money back for a service not received to begin with! Burden is on the customer because now I have to jump through hoops in order to get my money back from Canada Post, plus I have to repay to send my parcels!!
