Worst Customer Se...
Worst Customer Service Experience Ever. Ordered a bed and waited six months to finally cancel the order. They never informed me of issues, never followed up, I had to chase them down to get answers and was told there was delay over delay over delay. They never apologized nor compensated me for the delays and inconvenience and weren't even able to deliver a temporary base as promised. In a nutshell, a place to avoid. There are so many other nice stores, putting a big X on this one.
