Absolutely terrible service! The technician charged for the service call and then did not return when promised. They were charging $450 for a job that another company did for $150. I think they are very dishonest,

Disappointing service and not honorable at resolving issue.

I called SOS Appliance Repair Toronto last Tuesday and They put me on their schedule for the following day at 11AM Their (employee/coworker) called me later that same night (Tuesday) and asked if I had availability for him to come earlier on Wednesday. Technician showed up, walked me through how to disassemble my dryer, check for lint built up, how to do routine maintenance, and he had the part to fix my dryer on hand!

I needed help with my Jenn Air built in oven repair and they helped me. Very professional and great customer service. They showed up on time, the oven now is back like a brand new. They were very friendly and nice. I will definitely use them again for any upcoming repair.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a honest repairman for their washer or dryer. Did the job correctly the first time and followed up the next day just to make sure everything was still in working order.

We had an issue where the broken washing machine leaked water which caused significant water damage. I called SOS Appliance Repair Toronto and had an appointment the same day. The technician and his assistant came out and quickly found the problem which was a clogged hose that regulated the water level in the washing machine. Great price! Super fast, Technician identified the problem and fixed my Refrigerator the same day! I ended up having some issues with the fridge not cooling and he came to my house 3 times to check on the it and he found out that the Part wasnt working, so changed the part and my fridge is working better than ever! Ive used SOS Appliance Repair several times over the past 10 years. Mino has fixed my dryer a couple times and my Fridge. Saved me from buying new appliances with small fixes at a good price. He could have told me it was a bigger job - I had no way of knowing what was wrong. But he was honest and told me they were minor problems and fixed them quickly. Also, no waiting - he arrived exactly when he said he would.

Mino came yesterday to look at our freezer which had been acting up. He arrived at the appointed time and was helpful and practical. He was very professional. He had a look at a couple of other appliances while he was here. He has since called to provide a quote to repair our washing machine seal. While this service is not cheap it is reliable and professional and we are very happy and would use this service again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I contacted SOS to repair my fridge. I was force to pay 50% up front in order for them to order the parts. The total cost was little over $600.00 and I paid the entire amount. In the end they couldn't identify the problem to my fridge after 5 separate visits with different technicians in each visit. I bought a new fridge in the end. They promise refund and is been 4 month im still waiting. They stopped responding to my calls and emails

My range broke down yesterday, and I called in Sos Appliances Repair. They were prompt, and professional. Their part prices were also very reasonable, and their service charges were also standard. I was satisfied with their services.

my refrigerator is broken,I ordered the part(running capacitor) but they are back-ordered therefore has to call someone to fix it, they ask for so so so much money, the part itself cost about 30 bugs,and they charged for $400,funny thing is that the technician warned us if his diagnostic is not correct--he replace the doubted part but not working, I still have to pay 180 because the part is opened, Wow, my God, they run business without risk!Also the service fee is not waved as promised!

Don’t look at their misleading website sosappliancerepair.com stating a 5 star customer service record, read peoples ACTUAL reviews on multiple search engines especially Better Business Bureau! BBB rates this business an F for all the complaints they received. I didn’t read the reviews and hired them to repair my washer and experienced rushed diagnoses without removing any parts, just the covers. Wrong diagnosis and information provided. Ignoring my calls with no effort to resolve anything.

Worst. They came ...

Worst. They came to my restaurant to fix my dishwasher. Took deposit money promising that they will get some parts and put them to get my machine work. They did not show up and whenever I call I just get promises that the technician is going to call back. I asked for my money back by email. Nobody replied till I sent an email warning them that I will go for police fraud report, report to Canadian Crime Stopper Association. Then I received the cheque already with the half payment only.
