Building is a dump, when you give notice your moving out expect to be harassed and maybe pest controlled on the way out. Every units falling apart mouse ridden accompanied by mold, expect the hot water to go out for about a week at a time every 2 months. Also expect to hear every step of your neighbour's as the floors are 100 year old wood. It's a sinking ship of a building that got $1,100 out of me a month for 13 months, this was for a bachelor with no stove. Building should be deemed unlivable
