I'd like to start off by first letting everyone know this is a warning to stay away from Coldwell bankers and in particular Mr. Yasser Abed. We had been shopping around for a single home in the Avalon community of Ottawa, as we were testing the market for different mortgage rates for a $500 000 home where 20% would be a down payment you would think one could get a decent rate. That wasn't the case for this bafoon not only did he quote us for 4.5% where the market is at 2.9% he kept calling us.
