Number 7 Honda

i bought honda accord 2017 last week from honda 7.. it was a great experience. Mr Deepak Sharma guided me choosing the car. He has a great knowledge and experience . He gives genuine advice and have really good costumer skills..

Very unprofessional (Be careful females)

Number 7 Honda gave us a very unprofessional experience. They had disruptencies in their finance department in which they did not notify us(via formal letter) and had towed my car during my work hours. I was shocked to come out during my lunch break to get medication from my car and it was no longer in its spot. I immediatety notified the security of the place I work at and we had called york regional police. A man had called my workplace and left a number to be reached. Very creepy experience.

I talked to these guys about 3 weeks ago for a Honda Pilot, they were very kind and responsive, they were following up daily with me, so we agreed on everything, they took a deposit and my driver license copy and promised to get me the car in a week, 3 weeks since that time , the sales guy doesn't even answer my calls nor my text messages,, gone with the wind.

They just ignore you

I tried several times to purchase winter tires for my recent CR-V from this dealership. Their website is broken, and they have completely ignored my email. Horrible service.
