Very dishonest business. First they make me sign a document that basically forces me to pay whatever they decide to charge me or $80 to just walk away. Of course they waited until after I signed to notify me that a new laptop battery will cost $450 (more than half the worth of the laptop). Then they fail to fix it. 5 weeks later they still couldn't change the battery so I took my laptop back and they refused to give me a refund. They also don't answer emails or phone calls.

They do not bother to explain all rules. If you sign something read the small print! If you made appointment, does not guarantee that you will be seen on time.
