Since joining last April 2017, I am unable to clear up a mistake made by a Rogers worker at signing up.
On three different occasions my complaint has not been resolved. Rogers continues charging me for
Late fees during my attempt to explain the original mistake at signing. Three times i was told everything
was corrected and late fees were reversed. Guess what! I receive another late notice to remit late fees.no one seems unable to solve the problem!
