Real Canadian Superstore

I will not return. I was completely humiliated in front of many customers today when I was yelled at by an employer for shopping near the check outs. I was treated as if I was an infected criminal. I get everyone is overwhelmed with this pandemic but seriously where has everyone’s kindness and respect gone. I left my full cart and walked out. No one deserves to be spoken to the way I was today.

I shop at superstore constantly because its close to my house. Overall I like the variety and selection of food and products. My only criticism is that the Vegetables and fruit are not always fresh and look wilted or have mold growing on them. If you ever go there later at night around 8pm there is always a stench of garbage while you are shopping. I guess like any business there is always room for improvement.

tried to get ahold of customer service for over 30 min and kept being sent back to the automated phone service line. very frustrating.they need to hire someone to answer the phone line, obviously no one working wants to answer.

Horrible quality ...

Horrible quality produce, mould on berries. Overpriced and lower quality vs competitors.
