Very disappointed in service here. After forgetting to replace all the parts after a repair they scheduled an appointment to replace it. When I arrived they had me wait close to an hour only to tell me they could not find the missing part! So not only was the repair not completed correctly they have wasted my time and it will cost me $100 to replace the missing part.

If I could give 0 stars I would. He was supposed to do a simple tire change. He ruined the steering, the car also drifts to the left. You don't need to rebalance your tires after a simple replacement. I went back for him to fix it but he did nothing. It still steers to the left when going straight. Al He has a reckless son that runs around playing with customer's parked cars, he opens them up and jumps around the seats and plays with stuff. So unprofessional!

Owner checked my HHR and found that I needed front end work, Struts, etc. I bought new tires less than a year ago and that would need replacing if the problem was not found

Went to buy tires. Said be there between 1 and 2, then changed that until 2:30. Get there for 2:30 and immediately get told it'll be another 10-15 minutes. Waited another half hour while the entire shop decided to have a meal together and after that still had ZERO communication with me about what was happening. Useless doesn't even begin ti describe the people at this "shop". Need to find out what custumer service is and that it's not okay to ignore said customers!

Hands down the best AUTO shop I've ever been too. Finds the problem and fixes it, every single time.and sometimes if it's a simple fix there's no fee! Owner is so nice and is a dam good mechanic, no wonder he's always so busy! Give him the business!
