Holiday Beach Camp Ground

We were looking for a nice spot to enjoy a long weekend of camping and ended up returning numerous times over the summer of 2022. The campground was quite and the new owners are very friendly. Enjoyed the stunning sunsets over the lake and watching the herons catching their daily meals each evening in the shallow waters near the shore. Hiking trail to the point was great and we were able to fish right from the point. Washroom and shower facilities were very clean and well maintained.

Friend was renting a spot here and they forgot something, went to drop it off for them. They wanted to show us the dock so we went and were just chatting. We weren’t there for even 15 minutes before what I assume was a staff member came up to us and very rudely said “who are YOU” pointing to us and demanding that “you need to leave NOW” and declared that she would be at my friends camp spot in 5 minutes to make sure we were gone. Not polite at all, very unprofessional. Will never get my money.
