We have been here several times as we enjoy the food. The service leaves a bit to be desired. Usually the same waiter, a little on the arrogant side, service not that great even though the restaurant doesn't have alot of people in it. Last time we went, he did something which we thought was very unprofessional. I had order a bottle of wine and he came back to the table to tell us that they were out of that particular wine and proceeded to show us another bottle that he said was very similar in flavour. I asked him the price (he didn't offer that info) and it was $12 more than the one I had wanted. We thought that was disgusting to try and con us into spending that much more, if we hadn't of asked the price we would have been in for a shock on our bill.

Save yourself the visit. Customer service is unacceptable at this restaurant on a busy night. Food was good, but forgettable. For example, our night started off waiting for an hour for water and went downhill from there. I think some of us are commenting on the same arrogant waiter - ours was also very rude to us. Not one in our party of six will return.

The food at Bella Notte was outstanding. It was our first time there, 7 of us present and every single one of us was truely impressed with our dinners. Not only the taste but the portion size is also worth mentioning. I had the angel hair pasta with chicken which was to die for and I split my pasta 3 ways because I couldn't finish it all. I will definitely be going back for more of Chef Enzo's fine cuisine.

Only my second time eating at this restaurant, but consistent with my first visit, EXCELLENT! Food was amazing, not over seasoned, perfectly prepared. We have yet to try the dessert, as we had absolutely no room left. The anitpasto platter for two, could easily serve four. Service was great, waitress was joking with us, and very attentive. Made an excellent suggestion for a wine to accompany our meal. Chef came over to speak with us after the meal. We eat out a lot, and this is one of the best restaurants we have ever dined in. We will definitely be back, I wish I could afford to eat here once a week!

How Embarrassing! Not happy at all.

We went on a Sunday night. There was our table and one other table in the whole restaurant. We thought service would be great! Were we ever wrong. The waiter was so arrogant and definitely without people skills. Our group in general was a friendly crowd and he was actually kind of rude. Four people left main course at least half full because sauce was too salty. We left restaurant apologizing to out of towners we were with as we felt we had taken them somewhere we should not have. I may go back one more time to give it another try; however, I must say I keep delaying.
