I am very happy with the services at this store. The woman who works there has been a valuable source of information which has helped us sort through the various things people say we ought to do when it comes to our animals and reptiles. She has saved the life of our lizards and has helped us pick out pets which we have been very happy with. If you are concerned with the health and well being of your pets, please talk with Dani. Prices are fine. Service is atrocious. the brunette sales lady was rude, ignorant and pushy. I walked out and let my wife complete the transaction because if I had stayed I would no longer have held my tongue. Id sooner pay double the price at Petsmart or Pet Valu then ever spend a penny at this store again. Price is important but service is paramount and they seriously lack in that area.
