Very poor maintenance and they dont fix things properly do a very shoddy job. when I lived there the bedroom light came crashing down over my head one night at 11pm the carpet was full of shards of glass I had to vacuum till 1 am to be safe I was lucky the light didnt land on me and ya despite requesting maintenance for the light the lampshade came after I moved out of the room. Thats how delayed the maintenance is there.

If you want to overpay for student housing, this is the place. If something breaks, expect to wait a long time for a technician to show up, if they show up at all. The only good thing is that they have private bathrooms, but it doesn't make up for the terrible service.

unprofessional, constantly have new staff who are not all on the same page or aware about certain things. staff is rude and not helpful along with it being extremely messy and once was attacked in the lobby of the building and they told me "i deserved it"
