Advertised a 2019 Ford E450 cube van for $41,039 on Kijiji. After many phone calls and texts, I told the manager I can pay $39 500 + HST no financing required. He told me I should come see it, maybe we can work something out. He knew I was coming from a far distance away, 2 hour drive. The next day I drove two hours, ready to by it. This morning I had an appointment for 8am to deal with 2 issues I am having with the vehicle. I arrived early and checked in around 7:40am. Mark, my service advisor, advised that he would call me later to advise me of my options once they had diagnosed the issues. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with . Was in for a simple recal on my vehicle. Parked in front of building . Just up above sits a camera So thier is a clear view ,of the placement of my vehicle. In short form. Arrived at 8:00 am parked.Ask for a ride home. I Was outside my vehicle driven to the back.2 hours later. Was driven home .3:30 pm received a call saying the if I was aware of scratch on the front said no. 5:30 picked up vehicle,damage on front end. Dealership say not responsi.

Horrible service manager.

Horrible sales staff. Walked into dealer old sales guy didn't give me time of day. I guess he thought I couldn't afford to buy a $75,000 truck. I ended up going to Holiday Ford in Peterborough great service all around. I live in Woodbridge Ontario so I was hearing rattling from my rear drivers doors brought it in to have it checked two certified mechanics went in for service three different times. All they did was put a shim between door and door panel. Not professional work.

Pine Tree Ford has been the worst dealership I have ever used! They told me that they couldn't fix my transmission but there was a programming update for the exact problem, which I found online and had to show them. In the end, they poured too much transmission fluid into my car and caused the transmission to over heat. I had to take it to another dealership to get it fixed and they refused to acknowledge the error. I would not allow anyone at this dealership to EVER touch my car again. Go anywh
