SHADY. Claimed he could clean my water damaged Note3 for $45 w 90% chance the phone would work. I'm 100% sure he did NOTHING. He made bogus claims that when he put in his SIM card, he called it, and it tried to contact Crime Stoppers!?! Then he accused me the phone was stolen. Offensive, as it was not! This bad review isn't bc the phone didn't get fixed, but that he gave bogus claims he could, then accused me phone was stolen when he couldn’t. WORST part is he gave me back the WRONG SIM card!!!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced.I went BACK after my screen was replaced and light was shining through the sides.When I told him about the problem he laughed &then told me that I didn't understand. He said the corner was dented&thats why it wouldn't go in right. Not true as he later found out when he took the screen back off.He said that the dent wasn't the issue and I shouldn't have expected quality with their company. I was offended with his attitude&language.I will NEVER be back.

Excellent and Honest Services
I happened to visit the Gadget City near Dundas Square in Futureshop building. I was Surprised with the in depth knowledge and the way I was explained even the small things about the causes and possible solutions of my BB 9780 LCD problem. I agreed to pay for the replacement of the Lcd and was told to come back in an hour. I was even more surprised when I went to pickup my phone and was told that my Lcd was not defective but it was a small service that is performed and I was Refunded the money I already paid. It was awonderful experience for me was very excited about the money I got back. The guy deserves big appriciation.
