the doctor makes you wait from 1month to 6months for a claim report for disability or papers that your tring to get done but gets your stuff cancel and have to do another paper work and re send it which make us wait even more just for and claims that he has not received any when we has gave him the information that he needs and top that up the person that answers the phone and you ask them have and they give the same information uh call back in 1hour we call no one picks up rest of the day.

hate the waiting that is 1 start but aside from that hes the best doctor

Very slow service. While booking an appointment might not be that hard, it is horrible once you get there for a check up. It usually takes about a 7 hour wait and there is definitely preferential treatment for old patients. Getting now to the worse part is that Dr. Fernandez is not the one to follow your case even after years of having him as family doctor. Many times the office got my results and never called me to let me know. Secretaries are on their phones all the time. Bad customer service.

How can I sum up how incompetent this man is? He takes 3 hour lunch breaks, and sometimes he doesn't come back. If he doesn't see you by noon, you'll be there all day. He promised me a sick note once. Said to pick it up in 3 days. It took over 2 weeks, and only because I began to pester him about the urgency of the note. Appointments aren't even suggestions to him. They're options which he feels no obligation to uphold. Find another doctor.
