Always appreciate the great service and team at Ed's pawn shop. They have gone out of their way to help me in many situations where I don't know what I would of done without their help. Even to stay on the phone with me after hours to help me set up my electronics. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pawning there is like a stressful stupid experience. Theyre not professional not at all. Very unprofessional. Only thing they're good for I've noticed is game's. Ps4 xbox w.e That's it. It's sad when this city is so ghetto.

These guys are not customer friendly and they not once but three times sold items I had in Pawn before the forfeit time, the last time I was in to pick up my PS4 and one of my buddies was just about to buy it, and they wiped my data off my ps4 including all my digital copies and I had hundreds of dollars invested in games and if I hadn't been in early to het my PS4 I wouldn't even of had that, as they pulled it out of Pawn after only 20 days and when I got home I seen everything wiped off it.

Last place I'll go in Thunder Bay for pawn shops

The prices are great to buy but they are a COMPLETE rip off when selling items. They pay 10 dollars a gram for 10k gold when stores sell it at $100. They say "we go by melt value". Well you tell me when they ever melt the gold they purchase? No they just sell it for 10x what they paid. I brought a 36 grams 14k gold bracelet in to pawn, which is a loan with collateral and all they offered me was $400. The bracelet has an appraisal of $5600. That's only one example. Plus this place is hole in wall
