Does not stand behind their work. In addition the woman on the phone was confrontational, rude and less than professional. I was inquiring about a warranty as well as work done 10 years ago. I had considered getting an estimate for new work but due to her rudeness and refusal to discuss calmly( I have all the original warranties and invoices) I will never deal with them again and can only warm others to beware. The previous owners at least were polite.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They fulfilled their promises and did an excellent job! From beginning to end, they were professional, provided information, were courteous, and efficient. They cleaned up everything after the work was done - no flying shingles left behind. I would highly recommend them, just as my brother did to me. I was amazed at the result of my claim and thoroughly pleased. Thank you to all of your staff for an excellent job!

There are not enough superlatives to describe my dealing with Baron Roofing. From the inception to the final work, I found all of the employees to be highly trained, diligent, vigilant, and precise. Honourable mention to the young men who installed my roof. They are: Roly, Neil, Kevin, Luke. Thanks to them, the roof looks aesthetic , and enhanced the value of my home. Price was competitive also. When I introduced myself to the estimator, his response was a snarky, Well theres a good Canadian name. Who knew that there were good Canadian names? On top of the insult, the price from Baron is $2,000 higher than the next highest quote out of the 5 I have - for the same service and same GAF products. My eyes bulged when he handed it to me so he immediately said that he could probably work out a better price. Maybe the honest price that you offer families with good Canadian names.
