Just Stay Away ...
I prepaid the company to open my pool. They started the job on time but left the job in the middle of the way. After calling them for couple of times with no response they finally called me back and asked for extra money if I "really want my pool to be opened". It sounds that I paid them $350 for fun. The main reason was that they were not really able to open the pool properly, at least for the size of my pool. Now, the pool is in terrible condition and I have to pay almost the same amount and ask another company to open the pool.

Mr Saghafi prepaid for a REGULAR pool opening service which normally takes about 2 hours to complete, but when we opened it, we found a lot of tiles from his old concrete pool had fallen into the pool and required a lot more work and chemicals to get it into acceptable condition for swimming, plus his equipments were very old and not working, I did Mr. Saghafi a favour by taking the pump apart and unseized it for him (which would have been replaced by other pool contractors at extra cost). After 4 hours of cleaning Mr. Saghafi's pool by 2 of my workers (another courtesy on our part), we adviced Mr. Saghafi that it is going to take more time for us to get his pool into acceptable condition and informed him that extra charges will be neccessary to proceed with this service. Mr. Saghafi declined to pay for the extra services required to get his pool into an acceptable swimming condition.
