Anne is the best. Not sure about the previous review. My kids love going to Ryson's. It is like a family and they have always been great at finding instruments that are hard to find at a great price.

BAD SERVICE!

I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERINCE AT THIS STORE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THAT ANYONE THAT DOESNT LOOK "NORMAL" EVEN TRY TO SHOP THERE!! THE OWNER WAS SO RUDE THAT SHE LOST HERSELF OVER $1500 IN SALES! WE WENT TO THOROLD MUSIC AND SPENT OUR MONEY WITH THEM!
