Mr Sweep Niagara Inc

We just moved into our home and wanted the chimney cleaned and inspected to ensure safety prior to using it. They came, cleaned it and left the damper disconnected as well as the entire surround loose. With strong winds outside the entire front of the fireplace surround literally fell off onto my floor.... This was after they told us it was safe to use! Thankfully we did not start a fire in it prior to learning of these problems! We had to fix the damper ourselves! Disappointed!

I had my chimney cleaned by Mr.sweep Niagara and was very happy with the service I received the new owner Rodney was very helpful and professional I will be calling them back next year.

I have used Mr. Sweep Niagara for over 10 years. The previous owner has retired and a new owner took over. I was a little hesitant to still use the company but was pleasantly surprised when Rodney and his crew showed up. They were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain their services to me.
