Rude receptionist, hung up on me, condescending tone when just asking a simple question.

Ignoring client's phone calls and emails. Very rude and he doesn't know how to listen to client's requests. Charges way above the original quote and only tells the client about the extra fees on the closing date which left the client with no choice. Blames others for the responsibilities he should take. Does not admit obvious mistake and does not want to explain anything to the client.
