I have been eating at Chris Jerk since the day they opened. The food is so tasty and flavored to perfection. Never disappointing.The jerk poutine is a signature item at this establishment and extremely popular. Thats why this item sells out before 4pm. So if thats what you are after get down there early. This is a bistro so expect a different twist on some items such as basmati rice n peas. Yummy! #chris jerk for life.
This place prides themselves on their jerk chicken shawarma, a very popular dish for their restaurant and yet more than 3hrs to go before closing they had already sold out. If that’s your specialty and what you’re known for best then how do you let yourself run short? So after making the hike from Durham to Scarborough I was not going to leave without trying something. We decided to try their oxtail. Well let’s just say there was ZERO flavour and they use basmati rice ? Won’t be returning.
