Tax preparer, have had them prepare my tax returns for the last 12 years. Properly done, when a problem was encountered, they resolved it.

Was a client for 2 years but eventually changed accountant since they are not helpful at all. They just want to get their money out of you and then you may get a million letters of clarification from CRA, they won't care a bit. They are very biased towards their old clients and don't really care about the new ones. Won't recommend.

This company is extremely rude and uncooperative. I tried to obtain a copy of my grandmother's tax return that they prepared and they want to charge a fee. They had already been paid to prepare the return however they do not supply their customers with the details of the return they only provide a summary. The woman was EXTREMELY rude and uncooperative on the phone. If this is how they treat senior citizens I would avoid them at all costs.
