Bought a patio set via the Bay which turned out to be of very poor quality. I had no idea the customer service would be so poor. Have been trying to return it to Aosom since I purchased it. They offered me a $70 discount to keep it or resell it myself. To return it I have to assume the shipping which will like be a couple of hundred $$. They get the product back but their customer is out money. Buyer beware - shady business practices here. The Bay has been useless so far.
Purchased a pet stroller - it was damaged want to return. Tried to notify aosom canada both by phone and email. No way to contact them and they do not respond to any email and all phone lines do not take messages. No info on how to return product or how to get money back!! going to report to BBB. Have tried for weeks trying to get in contact.
