Food is pretty good and service is very good, ask for Eric, Suzy or Marlee for the best service around! My favourite is the cheese capeletti. Although, I do find there prices to be too much.

The general service seemed slow. The waiters/host were not really attentive and looked unmotivated.
The waiter we had was actually one of the better ones, but still didn't get the order right. We ordered regular pasta and regular pizza. We got our garlic bread and salad as expected. After a little while we got our pizza, but no pasta. We figured maybe it wasn't ready yet, so we didn't mention anything. After finishing the pizza, there was still no sign of the pasta, and the waiter took our order for dessert. At that point we didn't want to wait for the pasta anymore, so we didn't mention it. We ate our dessert, then got the bill. The pasta was listed on it. We mentioned it and the staff tried to void it on the bill but weren't able to do it, so we got cash back. The food wasn't bad, fitting to east side mario's. No suprises there.
Allover alright, friendly service, but not very professional.
It was a slow weeknight but we were told there was no chicken, no sausage, no house salad, no shrimp. This cuts the menu choice more than in half. Everyone at the table was forced to get a vegetarian meal for lack of supplies and when asked if we wanted house or ceasar salad we chose a house salad but then was told they have no house salad left and was forced to get cesear. We were not compensated in any way for forced menu choices. Our server told us she'd been having problems with people ordering drinks and then being told of the sever menu limitations and them getting up and walking out without paying for drinks. I couldn't bring myself to do that but I really wanted to. Never going back.
