Nothing but good things to say about this company. My dryer was repaired under warranty and was done on time and beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend them for service repairs.
I had my kitchen aid not washing soap properly about a year ago. This technician shows up tell me I am using too much soap I should not use pockets that I should only use gel. I see gel notbing changed different company came and changed motor. This year I had to call them again. Same guy shows up tells me the same story as last year and he leaves the house. Also he was asked to wear a mask and he refused. Horrible service and has no clue what he is talking about. Quick money from Kitchaid ;)
I had a guy come out to fix my new washer. Its a GE washer. It super loud and sounds likes going to take off like a jet. The technician only aligned the inside tub and left. He said it would be good. Well, it is still just as loud and I called the receptionist and asked if he could come back to look at it and she said my account is closed. I need to call another technician. Thanks for terrible customer service.
Best service in town! Had my washing machine fixed within a day. They worked quick but made me feel I was a cared for customer. Above and beyond service :) Will use them again!
Great Service. Called and booked an appointment and was scheduled in the same week to have my washer machine fixed. The Tech came and repaired the drum, and even cleaned up before leaving. It runs good as new. The service fee was reasonable. Thanks
I have a 2yr old Frigidaire Dishwasher Model FGID2474QF3B. The normal and heavy cycles do not complete . The Tec attended and Diagnosed the control panel as the problem. Replaced board ..same problem. Control board not defective .Contacted Frigidaire, problem is pressure switch. Spoke to the tec about the misdiagnosed problem and he became very defensive , rude and condescending. He hung up. $450 later- dishwasher isn’t repaired. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM [VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

A couple of hundred dollars later and still not repaired. The owner would not even talk to me. Do not use.
they came 5 times to fix my son's 2 year old Maytag fridge & still could not fix it . They took $400.00 from him for repairs & his fridge is not working.
I will never use this company ever again,Feb 2015 my husband and i bought a brand new fridge from GE and two days later we had to put in a service call due to weird grinding noises well this company was sent out the tech could not find the noise so he proceeded to turn the thermostat on and off quite a few times trying to get the fridge to make the noise well in doing so the tech left the thermostat off so all my$150 of food was thawed and had to be tossed out when i contacted the company right
