Not due to staff but the lineup. Often only 1 or 2 bank associates at the teller station and the line up is close to the service desk near the entrance. Clients are frustrated. The theory trying to force people to do online banking doesn't work here. It is an extremely busy bank, has a lot of seniors who do not have computers. Often wait 45 min. to + an hour for service. I have been late for an appointment or walk away after waiting up to 45 min. because I cant wait. Change bank soon. Feed up!
