DO NOT GO HERE!I got a facial and my skin felt like I had a sunburn after and it continued until the next morning. When I called them they refused to do anything or to take any accountability and just told me to go see a doctor myself. Terrible experience! Would never recommend this to anyone.

Good luck if you are buying packages from them

They are doing a lot of Groupon deals making no money to generate the traffic. The whole point is to get people to buy the big packages. I have to agree the environment is very nice but the people running only want your money and once they take it, you get no service from it. The lady in charge is absolutely arrogant and has no regard for the customers. Once you spend $$$ buying the big packages from her, you are at her mercy. This kind of business generates only bad reputation.

Extremely Rude Staff

I don't think they even deserve the one star that I'm giving them. I booked an appointment and was very clear it was for my Mom and I (we had a groupon). The lady then asked me for the confirmation number and said I had an appointment for two. When we showed up, the receptionist said I had only booked one appointment and fought with me. Horrible experience. My sister and I ended up walking out. Receptionist didn't care that she gave us wrong information at the time we made our appointment with Groupon. They denied everything. No ownership or acknowledgement of any miscommunication (was not upfront about additional charges). They were very rude, only cared about money. Absolutely no attempt to find a solution. Thankfully Groupon gave us credit back. Will never go there again. They simply don't care about the customer!

Disappointing

Terrible massages - People who work there are rude and talk in their own language - so of course I couldn't understand them!
