made the mistake of meeting ex and the kids here to pick em up and man this is an expensive restaurant for a Saturday lunch. 3x more expensive thane xpected, no kids menu, no refill and barely any cutey service.
NOT for family dining NOT for ex's and ONLY for big budget big wallet when a man wants to do something special for a very special lady with a purpose.
I had pizza which is $28 according to menu and water, kids had 2x pasta and wife had who knows and I had $100 bill staring at me.
Way too expesnive
cant believe how they can keep such an arrogant pompous bartender and claim to have 3 shots of liquor in their $8 martini's ...
they dont even have one shut.
the food and atmosphere is great.. but the bar... is awful..
I will refuse to drink there ever again.
Half-price pizza on weekdays ? Nice :)
THe thin crust pizzas are pretty good. Not TOO much cheese, just enough. The chunks of chicken though were a bit too big and scarce...
I ordered the Penne A______ and it was BORING. Just (well-cooked, not too hard) penne pasta with tomato sauce and NO meat at ALL. it wasn't too spicy cuz i ordered it not to be... but there was NO MEAT, which made it boring! Note to self: order the pizza next time and dont steal from friends...
The waitress that we had there however was VERY unprofessional and ruined my dining experience. She was impolite and had bad manners. When we paid the bill, instead of taking it back first THEN looking at the insides, she looked at it in front of us at the table and gave one of us a dirty look because we didn't overtip her. Too bad i don't know her name, otherwise i'd write it up to have her fired.
We sat at the lounge on the hgih tables... a few of my friends felt like they were slipping off their seats as they were slanted and our feet did not touch the ground (not that we were short, its just the design lol)
and the tables were a bit wide, so we felt really distant from the people across from us. Also, talking in big groups was harder because the ones at the edge had to lean into the table and see whoever was on the other end. Not very good ergonomics.
