Bristol Car and Truck Rentals

I needed a last minute van rental for a project. Very good service. Jennifer at the Richmond Hill location was very helpful & professional. This was my first time renting from them and I will certainly go to them the next time I need something.

We wanted to rent an SUV for my wife since her car was in the shop for some repairs. They didn't have any SUVs at their location when I called but they arranged one for us in just an hour. The rates were reasonable and the staff were kind enough to answer all of our questions in a very clear manner, no hidden charges and great customer service, I highly recommend bristol!

They were very helpful accommodating my last minute rental. Another company didn't have my (reserved!) truck and wanted me to drive an hour to get a similar truck. I called Bristol and they had me on my way in a beautiful clean truck. Thank you, Bristol! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

This Bristol location got us out of a big bind by helping us last minute schedule a truck when everyone else was booked up. Super thankful !

Terrible service! I contacted Bristol the day prior to the pick-up to confirm the reservation. I spoke to the manager, whose only comment was that I had to pick up the van before 10 am the next day. When I arrived in the morning, I was informed that there was no record of my reservation and that there were no cargo vans available. This tells me that the manager did not even bother to check the reservation when I spoke to him. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!
