Dad called for a quote, was told they would come by. Never showed. I messaged and was told he wanted to help, still never showed up. My Dad wirh a heart condition and arthritis has dealt with w flood from the rain storms and done all the work himself. No call to say he couldnt come, didnt say he was too busy, just never came.
