New emission test

I went to this garage to get my emission test done and was quite displease about everything. Communication is poor, courtesy is lacking and service is bad. The guy could not get the machine to run the emission test on my car and did not even bother to explain to me why. All he said was that he could trouble shoot it for approximately $500 or get me a permit for $250. He was not helpful what so ever. I would say if you go there, you should not have high expectation and if you are looking to get your emission test done, I would suggest that you do your homework first since the new test require a level of preparation before the testing is done
